Permit and Citation Payments
Permit Payment Options
- Monthly Bank Withdrawal
- Monthly Credit Card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Pay for the duration of the permit (Interac, Credit Card, Cash or Cheque)
- Payroll deduction (In order to qualify for payroll deduction, a staff member must be full time continuing and have their payroll information on the system.)
- Lump Sum payment (Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Credit Card, Debit)
Parking Citation Payment Options
Parking citations can be paid by the following methods:

Online via credit card (VISA or MasterCard): Run a citation query based on a ticket you have received and you will be able to submit your payment information online. Please be aware that payment processing and encumbrance clearance will not occur until the next working day (minimum).
- In person at the Parking Services Office, using one of the following payment options:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Interac
- Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
- Money Order
- Over the phone via credit card: Phone (780) 492-PARK (7275) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays.
- Mail in Money Order or Cheque. Please be aware that there is a 3 week waiting period for cheques to clear. Citations and encumbrances will not be cleared prior to this.
