Classic Fare Catering

The University of Alberta Conference Centre has catering services and a dining centre located within the complex.  Our preferred caterer, Classic Fare Catering, will assist meeting planners with a variety of choices from their catering menu. Witness first-hand the high level of service provided by our catering team.

Meal Program

During the summer months (May through August), for groups staying in residence rooms at the Conference Centre, we offer a meal program with a variety of options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please contact our Guest Services department for more information.

Lister Market

Best described as an international food fair featuring a selection of menu options that are sure to appeal to your palette. Open during the academic season only (September-April). Lister Market serves everything from a light soup/sandwich lunch to full hot entree dinners.

The Marina & The Ship

From breakfast available daily to picking up those last minute personal care items, this mini convenience store offers a wide variety of products and services. The Marina features some popular dining outlets such as: Booster Juice, Pizza 73 and Tim Horton's.

The Ship is a gathering place and leisure seating area connected to The Marina; featuring two large screen TV's and a pool table for your enjoyment.
