Planning an event or conference can seem like an overwhelming task, with the numerous details and the time commitment required to ensure its success. Let the experienced conference management team in Conference Services take the worry out of your planning! Whether your event is taking place on campus or elsewhere in Edmonton, our professional planners can assist you with all your requirements.

We offer a variety of services including on-line registration page creation, registration processing, meeting facility coordination, food and beverage planning, program preparation, budgeting and financial planning and reconciliation. Your event/conference payments are expedited since we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and indents. We can also assist you with the development of promotional materials and registration packages.

Conference Services can handle your details so you can give your delegates the attention they deserve. Ask us how you can increase your delegate participation!

Accommodation on campus during the summer months (May - August) can increase your conference attendance. Our private Schaffer dorms are perfect for conference guests traveling on a budget. Rooms start at $69.00 per night.
